What you’ll do:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Be part of a dynamic and growing engineering group working in SCRUM, contributing to the design and evolution of our future products.
• Contribute to product architecture and design scalable, high-performing, and testable solutions to meet current and future requirements.
• Bring new ideas and drive innovation across both customer solutions and the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to share ideas and deliver high-quality solutions for our customers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and software systems using C# and .NET/.NET Core technologies.
• Leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle, including research, design, coding, code reviews, environment provisioning, deployment, and troubleshooting, to improve developer productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency, using tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, Atlassian Rovo, MCP servers, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with virtualization and infrastructure teams to develop and support solutions running on VMware and KVM platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, and environment-related issues across Linux-based systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices across .NET, virtualization, Storage, Networking , Linux, and AI-assisted software development.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit testing, and contribute to automation and quality initiatives.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and flexibility in driving technical deliverables and project responsibilities.

What you need to bring:

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals, with experience developing and maintaining mature, large-scale backend systems using one or more modern programming languages such as C#, C++, and Java.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development and debugging tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, or similar tools for code generation, debugging, testing, code review, and developer productivity.
• Excellent software design and architectural capabilities, with a passion for clean code and a good understanding of designing and integrating complex software systems across multiple platforms, with a focus on modularity, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and platform environments (e.g., VMware, KVM).
• Linux experience, including system administration, scripting, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• Ability and willingness to understand, analyze, and translate complex business logic into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex software, system, and environment-related issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive technical tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, or Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in software development, with experience in object-oriented programming (OOP), Linux environments, and developing mature, large-scale backend systems. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM is preferred.
