Senior Backend Engineer

You will design, build, release, and operate backend services for authentication, account management, and wallet operations. You will define service architecture and data models, build APIs and asynchronous workflows, improve observability and delivery practices, participate in on-call response, review code, and maintain repository AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, release, and operate backend services
• Define service boundaries, integration contracts, and data ownership
• Ensure reliability and security of critical flows
• Design and build REST and gRPC APIs
• Design data models and optimize schemas and queries
• Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows
• Own metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting
• Participate in on-call, incident response, and post-mortems
• Improve CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and testing
• Review code
• Set up and maintain repository AI tooling
