Responsabilidades

Architect and develop scalable Type Script microservices powering XILO's platform. Build new microservices and optimize existing systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, frontend, data science) to deliver seamless integrations. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented team culture. Implement best practices for API security, data privacy, and maintainability.

Qualificações

• 7+ years backend development experience, strong foundation in Type Script and Java Script.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Nest.js, REST API design – including authentication, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with XML and SOAP‑based integrations, commonly used in the insurance industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Nest.js and NX monorepos for large‑scale applications.
• Cloud deployment experience on Heroku and AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
• Deep understanding of database management, ORM usage (e.g., TypeORM, Prisma, Sequelize), and zero‑downtime migration strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, including inter‑service communication, data consistency, and service decoupling.
• Bonus: Full‑stack experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher).
