About the role
Nulink Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer / Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions that drive the success of our organisation. What You Will Do
Design and build the product backend in C# and ASP.NET Core, including APIs, services, data models, and authentication and authorization.
Build AI features using Microsoft.Extensions.AI, including document ingestion, retrieval (RAG), and model integration. The design must stay model-agnostic, so clients can choose their preferred AI provider.
Build auditability into the platform: logging, version records, source citations, and human review workflows.
Develop front-end features (Blazor, React, or Angular) for end users and administrators.
Set up and maintain CI/CD, environments, containerized deployment, and monitoring. Support cloud and private deployment options for clients.
Turn customer-specific integrations into reusable connectors and configurable modules, so that the core product serves multiple industries.
Work with QA to create automated tests and evaluation sets that keep each release reliable.
Document your designs clearly and take part in code reviews.
What We Are Looking For
Required
Around 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on .NET (C#, .NET 8 or later, ASP.NET Core).
Solid experience with SQL databases and Entity Framework Core, and with designing REST APIs.
Hands-on front-end experience (Blazor, React, or Angular).
Working knowledge of CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment.
Good understanding of application security, such as authentication, authorization, data encryption, and logging.
Product mindset: you ask what problem a feature solves and for whom, and you can talk to clients and colleagues from non-technical backgrounds.
