Senior backend developer on Atlas Copco's Data Collection team, building ACDC — the industrial IoT data platform powering smart, connected factories. Day to day: full-lifecycle design, coding, testing and release of high-performance data solutions in C#/.NET with Postgres, Kubernetes and Azure, in a ~6-person Scrum team, hybrid from Nacka, Stockholm.

As a Senior Software Developer within our Data Collection team, you will play a key role in building robust, high-performance data solutions at the core of our industrial IoT platform. You will contribute to the development and evolution of ACDC (Atlas Copco Data Collection platform)-a critical component powering smart, connected factories worldwide.
Working in a cross-functional agile team of ~6 developers and testers, you will take ownership across the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing and release. Work is organized in two-week sprints, with close collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure high-quality, customer-centric deliveries.

To succeed, you will need
- A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience working with data collection in large-scale, complex systems
- Strong development skills in C#
- Solid experience with SQL/Postgres (relational databases)
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum) and with version control (Git)
- Fluency in English
Meritorious experience includes
- Test automation for distributed, high-volume systems
- IoT (Internet of Things) platforms or connected devices
- TCP/socket communication and low-level networking
- Web APIs and REST-based integrations
- .NET Core

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Nacka, Stockholm.
