Job Description
Senior Backend Software Engineer (C#, .NET, Azure) (1 day pw) I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer (C#, .NET, Azure) to work on a scaling SaaS project and help develop a new SaaS product for my multinational client based out of their Cork Development hub. You will be part of a cross functional Software Engineering team responsible for all aspects of the design and development of a new SaaS product. You will have a proven track record working with; Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and modern backend development practices Solid understanding of SQL Server and ideally MongoDB / Elasticsearch Experience building distributed or event-driven systems (CQRS, actor models, or messaging patterns) Knowledge of RESTful APIs, data integrity, and performance tuning Familiarity with CI/CD and containerised environments (you'll work closely with DevOps but not own infrastructure) Multi-tenant or distributed SaaS systems experience is advantageous This client works 1 day per week onsite in Cork.
