Looking for -
1) Senior Bartender

Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Work Days: 5 days work, 2 off days - Split Shift
Meals: Provided
Location: North Bridge Road
Nearest MRT: Bras Basah / City Hall

🍹 Bar Operations & Leadership

• Lead shifts: Manage daily opening, closing, and service standards.
• Train team: Guide staff to ensure consistent drink quality and service.
• Build SOPs: Develop and continuously improve bar standard operating procedures.
• Report issues: Track inventory variances, wastage, and operational updates for management.

✨ Guest Experience & Service

• Craft cocktails: Use advanced mixology to create high-quality, beautiful drinks.
• Engage guests: Chat with customers to offer tailored drink recommendations.
• Share knowledge: Maintain deep menu knowledge to guide and satisfy guests.
• Manage space: Handle transactions accurately and keep the bar environment welcoming.
