SENIOR BEAUTICIAN

Job Summary

Join our vibrant, professional team as a Senior Beautician to deliver advanced beauty treatments, lead junior staff, and enhance customer satisfaction in a dynamic salon/spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced beauty treatments including facials, skin therapy, body treatments, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure, and spa services to meet client needs
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products to optimize client outcomes
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with industry regulations to ensure client and staff safety
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior beauticians and therapists to enhance team skills and service quality
• Manage complex or VIP client interactions and resolve customer concerns professionally to uphold client satisfaction
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory to ensure operational readiness and efficiency
• Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products to achieve sales targets
• Contribute to the development of new treatments, promotions, and service packages to drive business growth
• Monitor service quality consistently to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Support daily salon/spa operations and assist the manager as needed to maintain smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the related field
• Proficient in English or Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Leadership and team supervision skills to guide and develop junior staff
• Strong knowledge of skin care, beauty products, and treatment techniques to deliver expert services
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities to foster positive client relationships
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets and contribute to business objectives
