Retail beauty expert at Watsons, providing skincare advice, customer service, and sales while managing stock and promotions in-store.
Responsibilities:
- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Supporting store overall replenishment & housekeeping.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
- Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.
- Provide skincare advise to customers.
- Provide customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
- Actively involved in roadshows/corporate events.
Education & Experience:
- SPM/Diploma/Certificate in beauty/makeup course will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably with promoter experience.
