As a Senior Benefits and Leave Admin Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert and critical point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience for all benefits and leave administration activities. You will navigate intricate statutory requirements, drive process improvements, and foster strategic relationships with stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis and significantly enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in benefits and leave administration, with a proven track record of handling complex cases and leading initiatives.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel to conduct advanced data analysis, derive actionable insights, identify systemic issues, and present recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain the highest integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to independently interpret complex information and resolve issues effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at anticipating questions and strategically articulating the impact of changes to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of driving automation and process enhancements within HR or benefits operations.
  • Demonstrated background in mentoring or informally leading a team of analysts.
  • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
