In the role of Senior Benefits Specialist, we'll count on you to\:
- Administer Leave of Absences for a U.S. Region (Disability, FMLA, etc)
- Ensure HDR leave program is compliant with State and Federal leave laws
- Process payments for short-term disability
- Track FMLA usage
- Answer routine to complex benefit-related questions and troubleshoot questions on employee coverage
- Mentor and educate Benefit team members and office HR Representatives
- Develop and conduct presentations as needed
- Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and employees or office HR representatives as needed
- Process various insurance carrier monthly invoices
- Conduct monthly and quarterly audits with insurance carriers
- Assist in administering Canada benefit programs
- Involved with administering the Open Enrollment Process
- Administer Paid Time Away programs globally
- Develop employee education and communication pieces
- Process life insurance claims and assist beneficiaries through the process
