Key Responsibilities

SQL Development & Optimization: Expertly write SQL syntax, execute query tuning and optimization, and manage indexing, Stored Procedures, Window Functions, and dimensional modeling.

Power BI Modeling & Visualization: Design complex metrics and dashboards in Power BI Report Server (On-Premise environments) using advanced DAX and Power Query (M).

End-to-End Data Management: Oversee and own the complete data lifecycle, including Data Mastering, ETL, Data Modeling, and Visualization.

Technical & Business Collaboration: Translate business needs into analytical technical solutions with high attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Must-Have Skills
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Graduated/Degree completed).

Experience: 3 to 5 years in BI Development, Data Modeling, and Analytics roles.

Advanced SQL: Expert proficiency in query tuning, indexing, Stored Procedures, Window Functions, and dimensional modeling.

Advanced Power BI: Mastery of advanced DAX, Power Query (M), complex KPI development, and On-Premise reporting (Power BI Report Server).

End-to-End Data Lifecycle: Demonstrated capability across the entire data lifecycle (Mastering, Extraction, Transformation, Loading, Modeling, and Visualization).
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
