For an international organization in Geneva, Switzerland, we are urgently looking for a Full REMOTE Senior BI Engineer with +5 years of experience. As Senior BI Engineer, you are responsible for turning data into critical information or knowledge that can be used to make better business decisions, as well as designing the whole BI systems (along with others).
During the corona crisis, interviews will be done through WEBEX, and travel is not required for the interviews. All positions are long-term.
Candidates need to be able to work normal office hours of Geneva, Switzerland.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Data cleaning and processing;
- Data warehousing solutions;
- Supervise and develop extraction, transformation and load (ETL) processes;
- Data modelling;
- Data mining;
- Storytelling and visualization;
- Reporting Solutions;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management, InformationSystems and other related fields is required;
- 2+ years of experience with BI tools as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau;
- 3+ years of experience with data integration, cleansing, ETL related areas;
- 3+ years of experience with Reporting tools as Reporting Services, Business Object or Cognos;
- 3+ years of strong experience writing Programs using PL/SQL and queries using SQL;
- Strong Java or C# development skills;
- Fluent in English;
