Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights through the creation of interactive dashboards, reports, and data models. Your expertise will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability for stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain BI Solutions:
  Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence infrastructure, tools, dashboards, and reports that support data analysis and visualization.
• Data Modelling and Transformation:
  Transform data from diverse sources into clean, usable formats. Develop data models and ensure the accuracy and integrity of information used for analysis.
• Visualization and Reporting:
  Create interactive, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
• Data Extraction and Querying:
  Formulate and execute database queries to extract meaningful data for analysis and reporting.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization:
  Identify and resolve issues within BI systems. Optimize performance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of BI solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data processes, and deliver actionable insights.
• Documentation and Maintenance:
  Document data structures, metadata, workflows, and BI processes. Continuously maintain and enhance existing BI solutions.
• Industry Awareness:
  Stay informed about the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master in SQL and databases. Need technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#
• Experience with industry-standard BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in creating clear, engaging, and meaningful data visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing.
• Experience working on an enterprise SaaS application.
