Senior Blockchain Developer
Summary
Build and integrate blockchain components for a fintech/crypto payments platform, mentor engineers, and drive product development from design to launch using Ethereum, Hyperledger, and cloud-native tools.
You will design and develop blockchain components, integrate blockchain networks, research blockchain developments, mentor engineers, and drive products from definition through launch. You will uphold engineering practices, contribute to architecture and features, and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems.

- Mentor the team on blockchain projects and technologies
- Ensure engineering best practices are followed
- Design dynamically scalable and resilient software
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams
- Contribute to design choices and develop new features
- Lead the product lifecycle from inception to launch
- Drive product vision, technical architecture, and project delivery
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of blockchain software engineering experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payments and financial markets
- Experience with architecture best practices and object-oriented design
- Experience engineering systems on hyperscale cloud platforms
- Experience prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines
- 8 or more years of total experience, including 3 years in blockchain technologies
- Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols
- Knowledge of Ethereum, TRON, and Hyperledger
- Knowledge of blockchain management and data protection
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and security measures
- DevOps experience with CI/CD and system and application monitoring
- Understanding of software design and development methods
- Experience with Ethereum ERC-20 and ERC-751
- Experience with Hyperledger Fabric, TRON, Multichain, and BigchainDB
- Experience with Remix IDE and Ganache
- MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of security and networking for cloud
