Senior Blockchain Engineer

You will lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of blockchain infrastructure, including block builders, RPC services, and MEV toolchains. You will research emerging technologies, optimize performance and security, oversee code quality and testing, maintain documentation, and contribute to technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of block builders, RPC services, and MEV toolchain codebases.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and protocols.
• Optimize performance, block production, and security.
• Oversee code reviews and rigorous testing standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in strategic planning and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Rust and production-grade application development.
• Deep understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, including protocol architecture, smart contract development, and dApp integration.
• Experience leading blockchain projects or teams.
• Knowledge of blockchain principles, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.
• Analytical problem-solving and complex troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for virtual meetings during EST working hours.
• Willingness to travel for periodic in-person meetings.
