Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a blockchain developer
- Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka
- Familiarity with Web3, Ethers, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin tooling, and smart-contract debugging
- Strong understanding of blockchains, smart contracts, dApps, wallets, and standards
- Mastery of applied encryption principles
- Experience leading third-party integrations
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with crypto-economic protocol design and financial-market systems is desirable
