Senior Blockchain Engineer

Compensation: $20k – $40k • No equity

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join us on a long-term basis, with a commitment of at least one year to our project. This is a foundational role - you won't just be writing code; you'll design and architect the fundamental logic.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and audit highly secure, gas-optimized smart contracts using Solidity.

• Architect robust payment gateways and seamless authentication integrations to deliver a frictionless Web3 user experience.

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of our dApp.

• Drive key technical decisions, establish best practices, and lay the groundwork for scaling our team.

What you bring to the table:

• Expert-level Solidity: Deep mastery of smart contract security patterns, upgradeability, and advanced gas optimization techniques.

• Strong standards knowledge: Extensive experience with solidity, alongside proficiency with Web3 tooling (ethers.js/web3.js, Hardhat and/or Foundry).

• Full-stack prowess: Proven commercial experience building modern web applications with React, Next.js, and Node.js.

• Autonomous leadership: You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of complex foundational work.
