Senior BMS Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BMS Project Manager to oversee and manage our data center projects in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building management systems (BMS) and a strong background in project execution within data center environments. This role is critical in ensuring that all BMS installations and commissioning processes are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting both client expectations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage BMS projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Oversee site execution activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement solutions. - Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and performance metrics. - Ensure that all BMS installations are completed according to specifications and are fully operational upon project completion.
