Senior BMS Service Engineer

Your Role
As a Senior BMS Service Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising BMS systems while mentoring junior engineers and supporting the team in complex service tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Leading proactive maintenance and diagnostic checks on building control systems to meet SLA requirements.
• Executing complex repairs and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Conducting detailed inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Rapidly addressing customer service requests and system faults.
• Creating detailed records of all service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and client communications.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience in the building controls sector, particularly with Tridium or Trend systems.
• Expert diagnostic skills with the ability to systematically address and resolve technical issues.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently.
• A valid UK driving licence.
