Senior Boat Captain

As the Senior Boat Captain at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for operating resort boats and ensuring the safety and comfort of guests during marine activities. You will work closely with the Transport Coordinator and Transportation Manager to coordinate marine transportation logistics while focusing primarily on delivering exceptional guest experiences on the water.

• Proven experience as a Boat Captain, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
• Valid Boat Captain's license and certifications required.
• Strong understanding of maritime navigation, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Fluency in English.
