Senior Branch Manager Company: INVEST GOLD GENERAL FINANCE (P) LTD Job Location: Cherthala, Keralam, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 28K35K a month Loan Portfolio & Business Growth Team Formation and Handling. Target Achievement: Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for loan disbursements, member admissions, and savings collection. Loan Appraisals & Approval: Conduct field investigations, verify client projects/houses, review application forms and repayment history, and approve or coordinate the approval of loans within authorized limits. Market Expansion: Conduct local area surveys, identify potential borrowers and savers, and build inclusive banking services for underserved segments. Operations & Cash Management Daily Collections: Oversee group meetings, daily loan installment collections, savings recovery, and afternoon collection of overdue accounts. Cash & Register Verification: Manage branch cash positions, reconcile cash imbalances, sign daily collection reports (DCR), bill vouchers, and cash certificates, and coordinate cash requisitions with banks.
