About the Role

A fast-growing supermarket with multiple branches across Lagos is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead staff, drive sales, and improve overall business performance.

Preferred candidates should reside around Alapere, Ojodu, Ogudu, Ogba, or Magodo.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and product replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present sales, performance, and operational reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce shrinkage, and improve store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ proven managerial experience in a structured organization.
• Experience from banking, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
• Minimum of M.Sc, B.Sc, or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of personnel and business management.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and manage staff effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Banking background is an added advantage.
