Senior Brand Designer Brand Foundations

You will own and evolve the core brand system, including guidelines, component libraries, templates, and asset libraries. You will develop visual identity standards across a portfolio of brands and document how the brand behaves across AI-generated outputs, motion, and new product categories. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and product partners to identify and resolve system issues, translate complex financial concepts into usable guidance, lead constructive design reviews, and adapt the brand system as design tools evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve brand guidelines, component libraries, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Raise brand quality across product pods by creating clear resources and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain visual identity standards across the brand portfolio.
  • Define and document brand behavior across AI-generated outputs, motion, and new product categories.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product partners to resolve brand-system issues.
  • Translate complex crypto and finance concepts into usable brand guidance.
  • Lead constructive design reviews.
  • Adapt the brand system to evolving design tools, including AI.

Requirements

  • Deep experience as a brand designer in an agency, in-house environment, or both.
  • Experience building and evolving brand systems.
  • Systems thinking.
  • Experience with motion or collaborating with motion designers.
  • Brand identity expertise.
  • Ability to work strategically upstream of execution.
  • Ability to communicate brand decisions to designers, product managers, marketers, and leadership.
  • Portfolio demonstrating visual systems, brand thinking, and judgment.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency with AI design tooling.
  • Curiosity about crypto, technology, and financial ownership.
