Overview
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will shape how Credit Genie and an exciting, unannounced new product line are expressed across external touchpoints. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to, evolving, and influencing our core visual identities and design systems while getting in on the ground floor to help build, launch, and market a brand-new product.
We are looking for a strong team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment. Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Integrated Marketing, and Growth leads, you will translate our products into high-craft campaigns, web properties, and acquisition channels. In this role, you will operate as an autonomous senior individual contributor—leading end-to-end creative workstreams, running structured experiments, and building scalable production systems to power fast-moving growth initiatives across our portfolio.
What You'll Do
Evolve Visual Identity & Design Systems: Actively contribute to, influence, and evolve our visual frameworks and brand design systems. Shape the long-term visual direction for Credit Genie and our new initiatives.
Build & Launch New Brand Touch points: Help define, build, and market the visual identity for a net-new product, driving GTM creative strategy to introduce a brand-new experience to the market.
Lead GTM & Integrated Campaign Creative: Drive creative execution from concept through launch for major product releases, multi-channel campaigns, paid performance ads, and brand initiatives—partnering with internal stakeholders and agency partners to scale output.
Own Lifecycle & Performance Creative: Design end-to-end CRM and growth assets (email, push, in-app messaging, social, and display) across Credit Genie and our upcoming product lines.
Run Data-Informed Experiments: Partner with channel owners (Paid, Social, Lifecycle) on structured A/B testing for creative and messaging, using performance insights to continuously refine visual craft and conversion.
Build Production Systems & Templates: Construct reusable campaign kits, modular design templates, and workflow systems to accelerate production speed without sacrificing brand quality. Explore AI-assisted design tools to speed up conceptualizing and variation.
Scale Web & Marketing Surfaces: Design, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages, marketing web properties, and acquisition funnels.
Brand Stewardship & Product Alignment: Maintain and expand distinct visual frameworks for Credit Genie and our upcoming product, ensuring cohesive yet differentiated identities as marketing scales. Partner with the broader Brand and Product designers on core app surfaces and design system maintenance, ensuring brand continuity from marketing touch points into the product.
What You'll Bring
6-8 years of brand design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating independent ownership of a lifecycle, social, or campaign program, as well as contributions to core visual identities and design systems.
Exceptional collaboration skills and a "strong team player" mindset, comfortable building trust and working seamlessly with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and design.
Hands-on experience or strong enthusiasm for helping build, launch, and market a new brand or product from scratch.
Proven ability to translate a strategic goal into a shipped, cohesive creative system across channels.
Experience collaborating with channel owners (Paid, Social, Lifecycle) on creative A/B testing and using performance data to continuously iterate and refine visual assets.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion/video experience a plus.
Experience in fintech preferred.
Bonus: experience building reusable creative systems or templates for recurring campaign needs.
