Brand Designer (Retail Focus)
We’re looking for an experienced Brand Designer who can bring our brand to life across retail, packaging, and digital channels, with a strong point of view on what makes creative feel distinctive, compelling, and unmistakably ours. Reporting to our VP of Brand, this role sits at the intersection of design, commerce, technology, and brand storytelling.
You’ll shape how the brand looks and feels across physical and digital touchpoints—from packaging and retail to campaign creative and product imagery. This is a role for a designer with great taste who understands how brands come to life in the real world: someone equally comfortable building a beautiful visual system, designing an end cap, creating a buyer deck, or using AI to create something that didn’t exist yesterday.
What You’ll Do
- Own the visual expression of the brand across retail, packaging, and other digital channels
- Develop concepts and production-ready creative across packaging and retail environments, including displays, end caps, and other in-store touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy, campaigns, and product launches into compelling creative across physical and digital touchpoints
- Create flexible visual systems and templates that allow the brand to show up consistently while staying fresh
- Use AI tools to concept, generate, manipulate, and elevate imagery and video (GPT, Higgsfield, Seedance, etc.)
- Partner closely with the broader brand and product development teams to concept and execute launches and campaigns
- Collaborate with printers, 3D artists, motion designers, and other external creative and production partners
- Iterate on creative based on performance, stakeholder feedback, and business needs
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including buyer-facing presentation decks
- Help keep creative requests, production, and delivery organized and on schedule
- Bring original ideas to the table and continually push how the brand shows up visually
