About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to help shape, deliver and strengthen the hipages brand across campaigns, communications, partnerships and customer touchpoints.

Based in Sydney and working closely with the Head of Brand and Communications, you’ll play a key role in translating brand strategy into high-quality execution. You’ll lead integrated brand campaigns, guide brand governance, support research and insights, and partner closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Creative Services.

You’ll also lead and develop the Brand Executive, helping build capability, accountability and strong delivery across the brand function.

How you will add value:

  • Partner with the Head of Brand and Communications to help shape brand strategy, priorities and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Lead the delivery of integrated brand campaigns that bring the strategy to life and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Build brand awareness, consideration, trust and preference across household and business audiences.
  • Own brand governance across campaign-related communications and key customer touchpoints, ensuring the hipages brand is applied consistently and effectively.
  • Lead brand communications, partnerships, sponsorships and activations that strengthen reputation, visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, results, customer feedback and brand effectiveness to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Creative Services to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences.
  • Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research programs that inform marketing strategy, customer experience improvements and product discovery.
  • Coach and develop the Brand Executive, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.

About you

You’re a strategic and hands-on brand leader who knows how to turn direction into delivery. You bring strong judgement, high standards and the ability to balance creative thinking with commercial outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in brand marketing, communications, integrated marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of senior-level brand management experience, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-led business.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience leading, coaching or developing team members.
  • Strong capability across brand strategy, including positioning, identity, messaging, experience, communications and measurement.
  • Experience leading brand repositioning, category transformation or major brand growth initiatives.
  • A track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of brand implementation, governance, communications and campaign development.
  • Experience designing or leading customer research, market research and marketing effectiveness reporting.
  • Experience managing agencies, external partners, vendors and campaign delivery processes.
  • Experience delivering PR programs, partnerships, sponsorships or activations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to translate strategic direction into effective execution and measurable outcomes.
  • A degree in marketing or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
