KIRI is largely known for its square cheese portion conveying a moment of kindness to kids, families and adults. Yet depending on the geographies, its consumers, usages and product portfolio vary significantly!
MISSION
Within the KIRI Global Brand Team, you will contribute to define KIRI’s 5-year business plan, building the innovation/renovation strategy & fueling the pipeline with a specific focus on Europe and Middle-East.
You will lead innovation / renovation projects from pre-exploration to post-launch, in strong partnership with countries, R&D and factories and as an advocate for consumers.
You will contribute to reaching 6.5% Bel innovation rate.
You will report to the Global Head of Kiri innovation and manage a junior brand manager.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Market dynamics

Understand consumer and customers needs and category in key markets

Understand business challenges & opportunities of the Key countries you will work with

Benchmark products against key competitors and inspiring brands

Recommend new business opportunities based on strong insights
Portfolio & brand strategy

Contribute to the brand strategic plan in collaboration with the major local markets

Inspire and co-build w/ countries the portfolio strategy on the ranges you oversee

Define the innovation pipeline for the brand in collaboration with our local markets

Collaborate with industrial teams to ensure feasibility
Positive inno-reno

Lead cross-functional inno-reno projects to ensure on time and in full delivery, as planned in the Brand business plan, by a customer-first mindset and by building a strong partnership with SI, R&D and plant teams

Get key countries full commitment to ensure project execution

Validate stage gates, resource allocations and project shifts in Brand Development committees.

Challenge and approve innovation & renovation countries’ requests, ensuring the strategic relevance of the requests, always encouraging possible synergies and guaranteeing the P&L outcomes

Manage innovation budget (consulting, design agencies, research agencies) for your scope
Team management

Manage 1 junior brand manager and one shared intern

Assign projects and missions to upskill the team

Provide regular feedbacks on performance and identify room for improvement

Build robust Individual Development Plan with trainings along the year

PROFILE
-
Minimum business or marketing bachelor’s Degree required
-
mini 7 years of experience in CPG marketing or brand management
-
at least 3 years leading innovation/product development cross-functional projects from concept to Return of Experience
