Senior Brand Marketing Manager

About the Role

Mobility Global is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to be the operational engine behind our Corporate and B2B brand. This is a role for someone who takes pride in flawless delivery — a detail-oriented, process-driven marketer who ensures our brand shows up consistently, on time, and at the highest quality across every channel and touchpoint.

This role is responsible for executing the brand and go-to-market plans that the broader team sets in motion. You will own the production workflow, agency coordination, and cross-functional brand governance that keeps Mobility Global's marketing running smoothly across our Corporate, Sales Solutions and Planning Solutions divisions.

This is not a strategy role — it is an execution role. The ideal candidate thrives in the build, not just the plan, and finds satisfaction in seeing a campaign go live on time, on brand, and without errors.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Execution & Quality Control

  • Own the end-to-end production workflow for all brand assets — from creative brief through final delivery — ensuring every output meets brand standards
  • Serve as the day-to-day brand reviewer across campaigns, sales enablement materials, event assets, digital content, and partner co-marketing — catching inconsistencies before they go out the door
  • Maintain and distribute brand guidelines, asset libraries, and template systems so internal teams and agencies always have what they need to work on-brand
  • Manage version control, asset organization, and approval workflows across communication and marketing teams
  • Conduct regular brand audits across active channels to identify and correct inconsistencies

Campaign & GTM Activation

  • Cooperate with marketing teams and agency to support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaign plans to make sure the campaigns are on brand and provide the maximum exposure for the Mobility Global brand
  • Coordinate product launch and GTM activations in partnership with product marketing, ensuring branded assets, sales materials, and customer-facing content are ready on schedule
  • Manage campaign calendars and cross-functional delivery timelines, flagging risks and resolving bottlenecks proactively
  • Support execution of audience-specific pitch scripts and sales plays developed by the GTM strategy team — adapting formats for Sales Solutions and Planning Solutions audiences as needed

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary brand contact for external agency — managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles
  • Track agency budgets, purchase orders, and invoices; flag variances and ensure spending stays within approved parameters
  • Hold agencies accountable to brand standards, and quality benchmarks; escalate issues as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve agency workflows, reduce cycle times, and increase output quality

Event & Sponsorship Execution

  • Project-manage Mobility Global's Brand presence at priority industry events and sponsorships — supporting booth design and collateral production to assure brand integrity
  • Ensure all event activations, including Automotive News Congress and other key sponsorships, are executed on brand and on schedule

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the operational link between the central brand team and the Communication team as well as the Sales Solutions and Planning Solutions marketing teams — ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and deliverables land as planned
  • Run regular brand review cadences with internal stakeholders to maintain quality control without creating bottlenecks

Qualifications:

Required

  • 7–10 years of B2B Brand marketing experience with a strong emphasis on campaign execution, brand operations, or marketing project management
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs from brief to delivery — on time and on brand
  • Experience managing external creative and production agencies, including briefing, feedback cycles, budget tracking, and accountability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-tolerance instinct for brand inconsistency
  • Strong project management skills; able to run multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping threads
  • Clear, direct communicator who can coordinate across teams and keep projects moving without escalating every decision

Preferred

  • Experience in data, SaaS, or information services; familiarity with the automotive or mobility industry is a plus
  • Background managing asset libraries, brand governance systems, or creative ops workflows
  • Exposure to event production and sponsorship management
  • Experience working within a recently rebranded organization, managing brand rollout across a large asset footprint
