Senior Transportation Bridge Project Manager - Buffalo, NY

Lead Buffalo-area senior bridge and civil infrastructure projects tied to NYSDOT Region 5, Western New York bridge rehabilitation, municipal transportation programs, structural design, corridor safety, and federally funded project delivery across Erie and Niagara County communities.

Serve as a senior PE project leader for bridge design, NYSDOT coordination, public agency relationships, multidisciplinary delivery, scope, schedule, budget, mentoring, and transportation assignments with direct community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead transportation bridge design projects from proposal through design and construction.
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, staffing, billing, QA/QC, client updates, and closeout to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead design strategy with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align project decisions with client goals.
• Prepare winning proposals, serve as primary client contact, and support business development with public agency and municipal clients.
• Provide clear direction, motivation, mentorship, and leadership while representing Fisher in professional and community settings.
