Senior Building And Urban Development Engineer

1. Lead and manage specialized technical engineering tasks within the domains of building construction and municipal engineering. 2. Spearhead architectural design optimization and strategic value engineering planning to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 3. Provide comprehensive technical support and expertise for building and municipal engineering aspects during the project bidding and tendering phases. 4. Actively participate in the research, development, and promotion of design standards for prefabricated structures and green buildings within the division.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural Engineering, Urban Planning, or a closely related discipline. 2. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of overseas experience in design management, specifically focused on building construction or municipal engineering projects. 3. Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and practical understanding of international building codes (e.g., IBC, BS) and FIDIC conditions of contract. 4. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a proven track record working on large-scale building construction or stadium projects within the Middle East region will be given strong preference. 5. Language & Mobility: Must be highly fluent in English (capable of utilizing it as the primary working language) and comfortable with being permanently stationed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
