- Independently manage Building Envelope projects from proposal and scope development through project completion.
- Serve as a primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, architects, property managers, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, schedules, and additional-service requests.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, field personnel, reporting, and deliverables.
- Perform and/or coordinate building assessments, field observations, leak and moisture investigations, and construction quality assurance services.
- Evaluate roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls and cladding, windows and glazing, sealants, flashing, air barriers, and related building systems.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and other project documents.
- Prepare and review professional reports, findings, recommendations, and client correspondence.
- Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced staff as needed.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, repeat business, and continued growth of client relationships.
