Senior Building Technician
Responsibilities:
- Handle projects assigned.
- Handle ad-hoc rectification works with technicians.
- Check and identify building defects
- Attend to any emergency breakdown of services
- Follow up with contractors on rectification works.
- Perform minor troubleshooting of M&E critical equipment.
- Liaise with finance and admin assistant for admin-related matters.
- Any ad-hoc matters assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
- Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- 5.5 days work week
