Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, analysis and design activities across workstreams
- Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and delivery impacts; facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps, operating models, user journeys and delivery artefacts
- Partner with project managers, change specialists and digital/technology teams to ensure requirements translate into fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support requirements prioritisation, traceability and acceptance
- Produce operational documentation and future-state procedures
- Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across provider and third-party interactions
- Support business readiness, implementation planning and programme governance/reporting
An experienced, people-focused Senior Business Analyst comfortable in complex programme environments, with:
- Extensive experience eliciting and managing business requirements, including handover into digital/technology delivery teams
- Experience across system implementation and business transformation
- Proven ability producing process maps, workflows, operational procedures, business rules, impact assessments and user journeys
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including with external providers and third parties
- Experience in large-scale transformation programmes, with the judgement to navigate ambiguity and manage risk
