We are looking for a Business Analyst & Advisor to join our Assortment CoE team in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
You will join a team working in partnership with commercial and operations areas, supporting MC in developing customer-centric assortments, and in streamlining and standardising processes related to space and assortment review and maintenance.
We count on you...
- Supporting the definition of assortment and space strategy across different stores and product categories;
- Anticipating and interpreting market trends and developing insights;
- Monitoring key performance indicators (e.g. sales, margin, market share);
- Applying data analysis techniques and carrying out analyses to support strategic projects;
- Managing projects and initiatives from concept through to implementation and communication of results;
- Communicating analytical solutions to stakeholders and implementing improvements where needed.
So, bring with you:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or Mathematics;
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or consulting;
- Proficiency in English;
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Proactivity;
- Critical thinking;
- Analytical mindset.
