Summary
Senior Business Analyst gathering requirements, creating user stories, mapping processes, and facilitating workshops across cross-functional teams using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, and SQL.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Operations, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and business process improvement.
- Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and identifying practical solutions to complex problems.
- Experience facilitating workshops, design thinking sessions, and cross-functional collaboration across business, product, design, and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and ability to drive user-centric service improvements.
- Prior domain expertise in the relevant industry will be an advantage.
