Senior IT Business Analyst acting as a Proxy Product Owner on GFT's Anti-Financial Crime Management (AML) product suite: translating customer and regulatory requirements into actionable backlog items and driving delivery. Hybrid work (2 office days/week) from a Polish GFT office; English required, German an advantage for DACH clients.

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our agile product organization as a Proxy Product Owner.
Working closely with the project organization and the Smaragd Product Management Team, you will translate customer and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable backlog items and drive their successful delivery.
You will quickly gain expertise in our Anti-Financial Crime Management product suite and ensure that business needs are transformed into scalable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
