Senior Business Analyst (Application project, Wan Chai, over $50K)

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per month

Job Duties:

• Gathering user requirements through structured meetings to ensure all needs are accurately captured;

• Act as a strategic bridge between operational front-line staff and senior management, translating complex user needs into actionable business solutions through versatile, high-impact communication.

• Coordinating with the application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure;

• Conducting quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications;

• Assisting in the development of test cases and participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that all scenarios reflect business requirements;

• Conducting user training and ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the application.

• Scheduling and coordinating user meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are included; and

• Managing project timelines, work plans, and budgets to ensure tasks stay on schedule and

• Directly report to the Senior Manager

Job Requirement:

• Degree or above in Business Admin, Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry

• Experience in project coordination, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables;

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders;

• Initiative and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion;

• Strong logical thinking and business acumen;
