Senior Business Analyst
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement and adoption of key IT systems. The role will focus on requirements gathering, business process improvement, stakeholder management, documentation, and user adoption.
Key responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
Design, review, and document business processes.
Develop user stories and requirements using Azure DevOps.
Support solution design, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work closely with IT, QA, vendors, and business teams.
Conduct user training and create training materials.
Support continuous process and system improvements.
About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Information Management, or related field.
8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with 5+ years in a senior BA role.
5+ years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
Strong experience in business process design and documentation.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps, user stories, and requirements documentation.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and training skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
