Senior Business Analyst

At least 5 years of solid experience in business analysis and 3 years in a senior business analysis role involving IT solution implementation and system integration

5 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector

5 years of experience in solution design and documenting business processes

5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications

Must be conversant with project management lifecycle and systems development lifecycle principles following Agile methodology

Familiarity with integrity risk management and due diligence databases (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance) will be an advantage

Knowledge of risk assessment tools, compliance platforms, and data analytics software to support implementation of integrity risk management solutions (an advantage)
