Senior Business Analyst

Salary: ₱110,000 – ₱140,000 per month

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills to join our growing team. This role will focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights, improving business processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, data, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and drive business value.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

• Work with stakeholders to define business processes, improvements, and strategies

• Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights

• Develop reports and dashboards using reporting tools

• Collaborate with developers and technical teams on system enhancements and integrations

• Support data validation, testing, and QA processes

• Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Power Platform, and reporting solutions

• Assist in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation initiatives

• Support ServiceNow/Jira workflows for project tracking and ticket management

• Ensure solutions align with business goals and long-term strategy

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or similar roles

• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement

• Experience working with complex datasets and data-driven environments

• Proven experience in business strategy, market analysis, and process optimization

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and reporting tools

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology

• Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents

• Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and processes

• Experience in QA/Testing and validation processes

• Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is preferred

• ✅ Experience in the financial services industry or working with financial applications (e.g., banking systems, fintech platforms, payment systems) is highly preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus

• Background in .NET programming is an advantage
