Summary
Senior Business Analyst based in Brussels who gathers business requirements, writes functional specifications (BPMN, UML, ER diagrams, UI mockups), and links stakeholders with delivery teams on digital transformation projects. Core stack: Camunda, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and MS Office tooling in Agile/SAFe environments.

Senior Business Analyst
Location: Brussels
Languages: Fluent English (French or Dutch is a plus)

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and act as a key link between stakeholders and delivery teams. You will help drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure solutions deliver real business value.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency with BPMN for business process modeling.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based environments.
- Experience creating UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and other functional/technical documentation.
- Ability to design UI mockups and collaborate with UX/UI teams.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda for workflow and process automation.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of process automation and workflow orchestration.
