SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - BANKING & LENDING
Salary: ₱105,000 – ₱150,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking and Lending domain expertise to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering effective business solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in requirements engineering, business process modeling, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and functional specifications.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and walkthrough sessions.
Analyze Banking and Lending products, operations, and business processes.
Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and process models.
Collaborate with business users, product teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support end-to-end solution delivery.
Ensure requirements align with business objectives and project expectations.
About you
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering
Strong knowledge of Banking and Lending operations, products, and processes
Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Experience in business process modeling and functional requirements development
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
