Position Overview
As Senior Business Analyst, you'll be central to shaping how our client solves its most complex business challenges. You'll work on transformation programmes that span multiple regions and functions, translating business drivers into structured requirements and design solutions. Your role bridges strategy and delivery, ensuring programmes remain aligned with business objectives whilst anticipating and mitigating risks. You'll support programme teams to understand impact across the target operating model and design activities that drive successful change adoption.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design on complex projects
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and implementation management techniques across countries or regions
- Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum project delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools including Confluence, JIRA, MS Office and Visio
- Understanding of banking, financial services or shared services operating models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work through ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes across multiple functions or geographies
