Senior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Lead post-onboarding operations alignment and process optimization between internal systems and the eMPF platform, performing gap analysis for ongoing system enhancements and regulatory changes

• Act as the key interface between internal business units, technical vendors and the eMPF platform operator to resolve complex data synchronization, API/SFTP integration and reconciliation issues

• Manage end-to-end UAT strategy for system upgrades and hotfixes, overseeing test planning, complex exception handling and final deployment sign-off

• Prepare the user requirement specification and review system testing results and ensure the quality of work

• Support compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting services

• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline

• Min. 5 year of working experience, preferably in MPF, pensions or financial industry

• Strong knowledge of MPF regulations is an advantage

• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting

• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail-oriented

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
