- Manage and prepare periodical reports and provide reporting support to Group Community Banking (GCB) BPA team and the Senior Management
- Manage GCB Budget & Forecast Process alongside with GCB Business Analysis team and GCB Strategy following guidance & timeline from Group Finance & Group Strategy
- Analysis and prepare monthly reporting and budget reporting for Branch PNL & Retail Segment PNL
- Overhead analysis and cost allocation methodology for GCB.
- Strong familiarity in processes related to processing assigned activities
- Expertise in documentation processes and activities related to reporting
- Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills in resolving issues faced by junior team member
- Ensure team members follow the standards and practices of their functional expertise
- Act as reviewer for reports/ forecast & budget template prepared before presenting to BNM, GMC, GCFO, Islamic MANCO, GCBC, GALCO , Branch PNL, Retail Segment PNL and relevant business.
- GCB Overhead variance analysis
- Periodical review & assessment of cost allocation methodology for GCB and periodical update of basis with latest relevant data
- Compilation of analysis & write-ups from GCB Business Analysis team
- Being meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing checker role
- Help empower the team to work independently and self-manage
- Ensure headcount is properly tagged before distribute overhead statement and headcount listing
- Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
- Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
- Provide feedback on key issues faced by both internal customers and teams
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
- Manage and attend to Projects or initiatives assigned, where applicable
- Assist BRCO in coordinating all risk and compliance matters for BPAs, ie RCSA, Secrecy, ORM Tools Annual Review Exercise, Consolidated Operational Risk Report, BIA, MRA and BCP related
- Any other task assigned by Head, GCB BPA
