A Senior Business Analyst on Grab's internal technology team (GTS) drives implementation and adoption of IT transformation initiatives across end-user computing and service operations. Day to day they translate priorities into rollout plans and SOPs, coordinate UAT and release readiness, and track adoption and benefits — leaning on ITSM, SDLC, and process-analysis skills.

Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, Business Applications, this role drives the implementation and adoption of approved transformation initiatives across EUC and service operations. It coordinates delivery, operational readiness, rollout, and benefits tracking with Product, Engineering, QA, country, and support teams. Product owns requirements and roadmap decisions; this role owns implementation enablement and operational adoption. This is an onsite role.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Analyse current and target-state processes, identify operational friction, and define practical implementation actions.
- Translate approved priorities into delivery plans, SOPs, acceptance criteria, readiness checklists, and rollout plans.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, stakeholder sign-off, release readiness, and post-launch stabilisation.
- Drive country and support-team readiness through communications, training, change adoption, and clear playbooks.
- Track adoption, efficiency, service impact, and realised benefits; maintain documentation and feedback loops, including AI-assisted improvements.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 4+ years of experience in ITSM processes, controls, service operations, and transformation delivery.
- Good understanding of the SDLC and how business, technical, testing, and support activities progress into production.
- Analyse processes, identify friction, and develop practical implementation, adoption, and improvement plans.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-country stakeholders.
- Experience in UAT, release readiness, change adoption, training, documentation, post-launch stabilisation, data/AI-assisted analysis, workflow automation, and benefits tracking.
