Senior Business Analyst (Business Continuity & Crisis Management)

- Proven experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related disciplines, including 3-5 years of overall experience and 1-2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning
- Hands-on expertise in designing and executing testing exercises, including desktop exercises
- Demonstrated experience within the Financial Services Industry (banking, insurance, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of technology dependencies and operating models within large financial organizations
- Proven expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership, manage differing perspectives, and drive productive discussions
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on exercise objectives and outcomes
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
