Senior Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer workflows, market requirements, regulatory expectations, competitive needs, and product opportunities for laboratory measurement solutions.
• Prepare and maintain Requirements Specification Documentation, product specifications, acceptance criteria, and other technical documentation for internal and customer approval.
• Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring completeness, traceability, validation, and alignment with the requirements management plan.
• Facilitate requirements reviews with product managers, project managers, architects, technical leads, development teams, business functions, and relevant market representatives.
• Support requirements validation, verification, product testing, acceptance evaluation, status reporting, roadmap definition, and engineering change management.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 11 years of professional experience, including substantial experience in requirements management or business analysis.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements engineering experience, including elicitation through interviews, surveys, observations, and Voice of Customer activities.
• Ability to convert product and stakeholder requirements into clear software implementation specifications and maintain end-to-end traceability.
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, usability expectations, cybersecurity considerations, and measurable product outcomes.
• Working knowledge of requirements management and Application Lifecycle Management tools, with the ability to support validation, verification, testing, and technical reporting.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum software delivery practices.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology, science, business, or a related discipline.
