Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Bridging the gap between the customer and On-Cloud SAAS Platform by conducting in-depth requirements analysis and demonstrating solutions.
• Assisting in the effective delivery of multiple projects by understanding the client's requirements, systems and processes.
• Track all requirements in JIRA board with detailed requirements analysis and workflows
• Assisting with the onboarding of partners to our platform, providing support for testing and ad hoc technical support throughout.
• Assisting with the delivery of marketing material, campaigns, and customer outreach.
• Participating and actively contributing to ongoing client relationships to drive satisfaction along with the sales and product team.
• Capturing, documenting and clearly articulating client requirements; designing the solution; documenting; and obtaining sign-off along with the Scientific domain team.
• Attending client site to act as pre-sales when required.
• Working with the Product Manager/Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget and escalate critical issues to the development team.
• Writing and collating user stories and continuing to manage the user stories through to delivery.
• Supporting the end users/customers by raising issues with the QA team during the user acceptance testing process.
• Participating in technical design reviews and workshops.
• Developing positive and productive relationships internally with Delivery, Product and Technical Support, and externally with customers, external partners and service providers.
• Providing support to the department during the onboarding of major new clients, product roadmap development, new product releases, service upgrades and changes driven by new and existing customer requirements.
• Developing a strong technical understanding of our own and clients' systems.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst in a software development company, preferably in NGS Clinical genomics or multi-omics SAAS.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and see them through to completion within stipulated timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
• The ability to manage own time and prioritise accordingly to deliver for internal and external parties to tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet to meet requirements under pressure.
• Knowledge of API-driven and SaaS-based technology solutions (desirable).
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, etc required.
• Knowledge and exposure to healthcare software or participation in product development (desirable).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in life sciences, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology/genetics, healthcare informatics.
